Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Meet your guide, check your gear, and rest for the adventure ahead.
Drive to Marangu Gate and start trekking through rainforest. Reach Mandara Hut (2,700m) in 4–5 hours. Optional short hike to Maundi Crater.
Trek through heath and moorland zones. Arrive at Horombo Hut (3,720m) after 5–6 hours. Hydrate and rest for the next day.
Take a short hike to Zebra Rocks or Mawenzi Saddle and return to Horombo Hut. This helps your body adjust to higher altitude.
Trek across alpine desert to Kibo Hut (4,720m). Prepare for the summit attempt. Trek duration: 5–6 hours.
